Gamete Donor Services (As per ART Law 2021-India)

At Dr. Rama Sofat Hospital, we provide ethical, legal, and medically screened gamete donor services under the strict supervision of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Regulation Act 2021.

Our donor program ensures that every sperm or egg used for fertility treatment meets the highest medical and ethical standards-protecting both recipients and donors.

What Are Gamete Donor Services?

Gamete donor services involve the use of donated eggs (oocytes) or donated sperms to help individuals or couples conceive through assisted reproductive techniques such as IVF or ICSI.

Donor gametes are used when one or both partners are unable to produce healthy reproductive cells but still wish to have a biological child.

ART Law 2021 - What It Means for Donor Programs

The ART Regulation Act 2021, implemented by the Government of India, provides a legal framework for safe, transparent, and regulated fertility treatments.
